Nikola’s Bakery is a Manufacturing, Baking and Food Development Company. We are Entrepreneurs, Bakers, Chefs, and Business Professionals. Since 1996 our mission is to make a positive difference in our customers’ business by providing great tasting, high quality, and creative bakery products and personal service. We started with a biscotti recipe, one thousand dollars, and rented bakery space. We are now a BRC Certified food company operating a 56,000 square foot manufacturing facility offering a full line of bakery products for food service, coffee shops, c-stores, and traditional and specialty retail supermarkets. We offer private-label and proprietary product development, and manufacturing services. We co-manufacture products for our brand partners and collaborate with our customers on product and brand development providing customized and full-service co-manufacturing services.
